Shipping & Delivery
Orders are delivered across the UAE within 7–12 business days from order confirmation.
Shipping Charges:

- Sharjah & Ajman — AED 15
- Abu Dhabi, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah & Umm Al Quwain — AED 45
Orders above AED 300 qualify for Free Delivery across the UAE.
Return & Exchange
We maintain a No Refund Policy after successful delivery.
Products may be exchanged only with another available product from our collection.
Customers should contact us as soon as possible after receiving their order to request an exchange.
Exchange delivery charges are borne by the customer.
